Luanda – Economy Minister, Abraão Gourgel, said on Friday in Luanda that the census carried out in wholesale shop of the country will contribute to the modernization of the trade monitoring system.
The official said so on the fringes of the launching act of the wholesale shops of Angola (CECANG).
He said that it is related to the application of information technology to techniques of control, monitoring and updating the registration of shops.
CECANG is a detailed database aimed to learn about the structure of the wholesale supply market in the country.
The launching act of CECANG, led by the Minister of Trade Idalina Valente, was witnessed by the Ministers of Economy, Geology, Mining abd Industry, Abraão Gourgel and Joaquim David, respectively, as well as by Secretary of State for Agriculture, Amaro Taty and Secretary of State for Urbanization and Housing, Joaquim Silvestre.
