Luanda – The Telecommunications and Technology of Information minister, José de Carvalho da Rocha, declared that the agreement signed with South Korea on Monday, in Luanda, aiming for training and sharing of knowledge in technology, represents a new cycle of co-operation between both states.
According to the minister the ties between both countries gained an impulse with a visit of Angolan President, José Eduardo dos Santos, to South Korea in August of 2009.
Minister José da Rocha, stated that this cycle of ties might start a process of long term co-operation that is sustainable and of mutual benefit.
