Lisbon – The Angolan ambassador to Portugal, José Marcos Barrica, Tuesday in Almanci, Loulé (Algarve-Sul), appealed to Portuguese agents to invest in the country’s tourism market and enjoy the current “great opportunities”.
The ambassador was speaking to business people of Alamanci, saying that with the end of the war in 2002, Angola launched a reconstruction and development project, with the tourism being one of the sectors offering investment opportunities.
After mentioning the positive deeds resulting from the “new Angola” development plan in the political, economic, scientific, cultural and social spheres, the ambassador spoke of the challenge of the executive led by the president of the Republic to reduce the dependence on oil and diamonds and invest in the diversification of the economy.
