Luanda - The regional deputy director of the World Tourism Organisation for Africa (WTO), Hélder Tomás, who is in Luanda since Wednesday, will preside over on Thursday a workshop on the functioning of the Angolan tourism system.
At his arrival, Helder Tomás was received by the Angolan Minister of Hotels and Tourism, Pedro Mutindi, he attended the meeting of managing board of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism and professional associations of the sector.
The seminar will discuss the themes such as “The role of the national organ in tourism development, role played by tourism associations, importance of the public/private partnership, as well as the world tourism organisation statistics system and tourism satellite account.
