Three-star hotel inaugurated in Luanda

Luanda - A Usd 12.3 million three-star hotel was inaugurated Friday in Luanda, at a ceremony chaired by the Minister of Family and Women Promotion, Genoveva Lino.

Called “Mana-Lú”, the hotel has 82 rooms, including two presidential suites, a conference room, a gym, a beauty saloon, car parking, internet services, restaurants serving Angolan and Chinese cuisine.

The hotel, whose construction counted on a funding of Usd 4.0 million from the State-owned Credit and Savings Bank (BPC), is equipped with ultramodern technology, in line with international standards required by the World Tourism Organisation.

The construction works were carried out by a Chinese company and lasted three years.

During the opening ceremony, minister Genoveva Lino said the inauguration of the new hotel indicates that the country is developing.
