Lubango - The prices of hotels in southern Huíla Province are expected to decrease with the opening this year of new hotel units, said Monday in Lubango City the provincial director of Trade and Tourism, Domingos Calola.
Speaking to ANGOP on the construction of new hotels, the official said that the current prices will decrease and the number of bedrooms will increase from more than 900 to 1,5000.
According to him, nine hotels (three and five stars category) are being built in Lubango City through a private initiative.
He added that the prices used by local hotels are high, therefore there is the need of establishing a single table of prices for the sector.
