Luanda - A delegation of the Ministry of Transport, headed by the incumbent minister, Augusto da Silva Tomás, Thursday left for the southern province of Benguela for a three-day working visit.
Speaking to Angop, at the 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, the minister has indicated that he will proceed with the inauguration of the railway stations of the second and third class on the axis between the cities of Lobito/Cubal / Ganda and Huambo.
According to the government minister, on Monday there will be inaugurated the railway line between the province of Huambo and Kuito (Bie).
Augusto Tomás added that there will be inaugurated six stations and halts of the Railways of the Benguela station in Lobito, a programme that will help improve the process of movement of persons and goods in respective areas, at a distance of 46 kilometers.
