ENANA repairs over ten airports

Luanda - The National Comopany of Exploration of Airports and Air Navigation (ENANA-EP) said that it has rehabilitated and equipped 12 airports across the country over the last three years.

 

This was disclosed Tuesday in Luanda by the chairperson of the company’s Board of
Directors, Manuel Ceita.


 
Manuel Ceita mentioned the terminal of Luanda's international flights, airports of Lubango
(southern Huila), Ondjiva (Cunene), Huambo, Malanje, Cabinda, Benguela, Ndalatando
(Kwanza Norte) and Kuito Cuanavale (Kuando Kubango).

 

The airfields of Damba and Qumbele districts, northern Uige province, and Nzeto (Zaire), also benefited from rehabilitation works.


 
Manuel Ceita was speaking of ENANA’s achievements during a seminar that coincided with a series of activities related to the "Happiness Day in Public Transport Companies.”

 

The official mentioned the maintenance of night operations at the airports of Cabinda, Lubango and Cunene, among the achievements.


 
He also said that since 2010, the company achieved important progress, including a strategic and business plan for 2011-2014 that will enable ENANA to reach the operational and financial stability.


 
Other gains include the implementation, in the first phase of health insurance, regulation on
social and pension fund, ethics and culture code and creation of  centre for providing service
to customers (call centre).
