Lobito – The Transport Minister, Augusto Tomás, pointed out on Thursday in Lobito city in the central Benguela province permanent dialogue between top managers and workers as basis for the happiness of companies of the sector.
The official said so during the opening act of the cycle seminar dubbed “Day of Happiness in public transport companies”, held in Lobito Commercial Port.
He said that the atmosphere of permanent dialogue seeks to reconcile and integrate the interests and point of view of all workers.
Augusto Tomás urged workers to always face the future as a challenge of positive framework, despite difficulties that the companies are likely to face.
The minister said that the managing boards of companies should focus their attention on supporting the workers with health, transport and food assistance at workplace, as well as professional training and housing aid.
