Online Check-in reaches Malanje, east

Luanda– The Angolan Airline (TAAG) will expand its online check-in services to the cities of Malanje, Luena and Saurimo, Angop learned from the company’s executive director for operation, Rui Carreira.


 
According to the official, the process of automatisation of the national stations is part of the company’s investment to improve the quality of its passenger services at the airport and  on board and includes other services.


 
He said the company has its online check-in service available in eight national stations, including self check-in in airport and hotel terminals and catering services in domestic flights economy class.


 
TAAG has so far expanded its online check-in services to Luanda, Cabinda, Lubango, Ondjiva, Huambo, Kuito, Menongue, Catumbela and Namibe, and is considering to reach the country’s 15 destinations.


 
In its quest to reach operational, commercial, financial and organisational excellence,  the company is going through a refoundation process since 2008.
