Enana launches Call Centre service for aeronautical information

Luanda - The National Company for Airports and Air Navigation (ENANA) will launch soon a Call Centre service intended to provide aeronautical information to users, said Friday in Luanda the company's Press Office director, Silvio Morais.

Speaking to Angop, at Luanda's "4 de Fevereiro" International Airport, the official explained that the service aims at approaching the customers, which through e-mail www.enana.co.ao or by dialling telephone number +244227200200, can have access to information about the company's services.

Initially, he said, the service will be available from 7:00am to 07:00 pm and open from Monday to Sunday, including holidays.

Later on it is expected that the same may be available 24 hour/day, he said.

According to him, the services will help save time as they will not need to move themselves unnecessarily to the airports to get informed, among others, on the flights.
