GPL bans trucks circulation on Samba road

Luanda – The Provincial Government of Luanda (GPL) forbad on Thursday the circulation of trucks transporting products along Samba road from Josina Machel Hospital up to Comandante Loy Avenue.


The interdiction of trucks on the road goes from 5am to 10pm.


According to a press note issued by GPL that reached Angop, the route of 21 de January Avenue, that goes through Samba and Maianga districts is also part of the banned areas for heavy trucks.


GPL prohibits also the parking of trucks along Samba road and 21 January avenue.


The prohibition aims to reduce accidents in those roads and improve circulation.
