Huambo
Air carrier TAAG pledges better service

 

Huambo – The department of the Managing Commission of National Airlines Company (TAAG) worked on February 02-03 in the provinces of Bie and Huambo, a visit served to bring closer the company's management and employees, aiming at improving service delivery.


 
In an interview with local press at the end of the working visit to the two cities, the member of the Managing Commission, Rui Carreira, said that TAAG perspective for the year 2010, focus on the delivery of better customer service, an area considered “as the weakest link in the company”.


 
Among other difficulties, Rui Carreira highlighted the lack of personnel and operating equipment, protection and means of support.


 
In order to overcome this difficulty, efforts will be undertaken in order to recruit more staff.
