Dundo – The demining work taking place in the Dundo/Lóvua section, on the 225 road, in the north-eastern Lunda Norte Province, will speed up the rehabilitation work on the mentioned road, which is being carried out since last June, by the MCA firm.

 
Speaking to ANGOP last Thursday, in Dundo City, the engineer in charge of the undertaking, Carlos Silva, said that the works are taking place without any constraints and at an advanced stage.   

 
He said after the conclusion of the works, scheduled for 2013, the road will guarantee better conditions of security and circulation of people and goods, besides stimulating the development of the province.

Besides the commune of Lóvua, the 225 road also runs through the municipalities of Cuílo, Caúngula, Cuango and Xá Muteba.
