Parents told to be zealous for well-being of society

Luanda– The bishop of northern Cabinda province diocese, Dom Filomeno Vieira Dias, urged parents to be more zealous and friendly to their children, in order to guarantee the wellbeing of the Angolan society.

 


The priest was speaking on Sunday in the locality of Muxima, south of Luanda, the scene of the yearly Catholic pilgrimage that gathers hundreds of thousand faithful from around the country.

 


Speaking at the Eucharistic mass which marked the closing of the Muxima pilgrimage, the church leader recalled that parents are responsible for life conceived and should therefore preserve it.

 

 

On the other hand, the bishop of Cabinda diocese wished happiness to all families and urged for love, care and share among them.
