Luanda – The Minister of Urbanisation and Construction, Fernando Fonseca and the provincial governor of Luanda, Bento Sebastião Bento visited on Tuesday the localities of Rangel, Cazenga, Viana and Cacuaco, to check the level of implementation of the constructions works of secondary and tertiary roads of the Angolan capital city.
Sided by the Secretary of State for Construction, Joanes André, the two officials started their visit in the urban district of Rangel, where in Vaidade Street they talked to local citizens about the programme under implementation and advantages that will result from the project.
In Cazenga district, the delegation visited São Pedro Pond, where there are currently macro and micro draining projects, reconciled with EDEL and EPAL programmes.
In Viana minicipality, Bento Bento and Fernando Fonseca toured the Regedoria Street, where the first asphalt layer is being placed.
Angop learnt that it is planned for Viana district construction works of 21.211 square kilometres and the rehabilitation of roads that will serve as shortcuts to the main road of Viana.
In Cacuaco locality, the officials visited works of the freeway, the roads of vidrul, pólvora and kikolo marked.
