Luanda– The bishop of northern Cabinda province diocese, Dom Filomeno Vieira Dias, said Sunday that Angola is a Nation of Christian roots built on the pillars of Christianity in a free and spontaneous way.

The priest was speaking at Muxima sanctuary, south of Luanda, that has received thousands of Catholic pilgrims since Saturday.

The evidence, the bishop of Cabinda stated, is the presence of hundreds of thousands of faithful every year, who join the Muxima pilgrimage each year in an enthusiastic and spectacular manner.
