Luanda – About 240 scouts aged 14 and over are ready to collaborate with the organisers of the Catholic pilgrimage to Muxima sanctuary, set to take place this Saturday and Sunday, in Kissma Municipality, Luanda Province, ANGOP learnt in the spot.

Dressed in their usual blue uniform, the scout girls and boys have been setting up their tents.

Speaking to ANGOP, Joaquim Sanana, the official leading the scouts, confirmed that everything is in place to help the faithful have a comfortable praying period.

“We’ll give our hand to the religious services that will take place in the pilgrimage, as well as to the whole of Muxima sanctuary”, Joaquim Sanana assured.

He further emphasised that the pilgrimage is good “because it reinforces the faith and sheds a new light on life”.
