Governor recognises evolution in water and health sectors

 

Namibe – The governor of the south-west Namibe province, Cândida Celeste, acknowledged this Saturday that the health and water sectors have recorded development in the last years.


The official said so to the media during the 166th founding anniversary of Namibe city, marked on this Thursday 4 August.


The governor highlighted the two sectors because they have achieved acceptable levels, as well as good services provided to the public.


According to her, various health centres and fountains were built in every ward of the city so as to serve the population.


Cândida Celeste also expressed her satisfaction at the reopening of the secondary and tertiary roads that is enabling the free circulation of people and goods.
