Evolutive housing project employs 40 youths in Chipindo Municipality

Chipindo – The construction of twenty houses, out of two hundred, in Chipindo Municipality, located 456 kilometres to the east of Lubango City, southern Huila Province, has enabled to employ 38 Angolan youths that reside in this locality.

The information was given to ANGOP by the foreman of Tuamutunga building firm, António Cavaco, in the end of a visit that Huila governor, Isaac dos Anjos, paid to the site where the evolutive houses are being built.

He said that two Portuguese citizens have also been recruited to transmit their technical experience to the Angolan staff.

The houses, that are being built in an area of 115,000 square metres, comprise four bedrooms, one living-room, one kitchen, two bathrooms and a verandah.

The works are estimated at 100 million kwanzas and they should be handed next October.
