Benguela – The governor of the central Benguela Province, Armando da Cruz Neto, last Thursday here defended the need to create a plan for the payment of the social houses inaugurated in the region, ANGOP has learnt.
The official said so while speaking to journalists after the inauguration of social residences in a housing zone implemented by the managing commission of the waters and sanitation firm of Benguela (EASB), worth about one million dollars.
Armando da Cruz Neto said the residences were constructed so that the workers can buy them, therefore it is necessary that the firm draw payment plan.
