Cabinda
Over one hundred illegal foreigners repatriated


Cabinda – About 161 foreign citizens who lived illegally in the city of Cabinda were repatriated to their respective countries by the Migration and Foreigners Services (SME) as part of the micro-inspection operations and fighting against illegal immigration, as well as illegal stay in the country.

 


A press release from SME provincial department sent to ANGOP stresses that the expulsion of foreigners resulted from micro-operations in the period of 11 to18 June.


 

The press release informs that from this number 159 are citizens from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and two from Congo Brazzaville.

 


The foreigners were expelled through the common borders with these neighbouring countries, namely, Massabi (Congo Brazzaville), Yema, Chiobo, Chimbuandi and Yabi (DRC).
