Bié govt invests over AKZ 100 millions in drinking water project

Kuito – The government of the central Bié province is investing AKZ 119.2 million in the construction of six new drinking water abstraction and treatment system in various localities of the region, in the framework of “Water fir All” programme underway the country.

 

According to a press note from the provincial government of Bié that reached Angop on Sunday, the six new drinking water abstraction and treatment system are being built in the localities of Chipeta, Uyue, Chivaulo, Cachingues, Kuito and Cangote.

 

The referred infrastructures will be handed over this year and iaim to improve water supply to local population.
