Luanda - The programme of entrepreneurship in the communities, being implemented since 2008, by the Ministry of Public Administration, Employment and Social Security (Mapess) has already benefited 4,937 citizens in 15 out of the country's 18 provinces, ANGOP has learnt.
This was announced by the director of Mapess incubator firms, Jacinto Domingos, who added that the programme foresees the inclusion of the provinces of Benguela, Bié and Cunene.
The official said so in an interview to the state-run Angola Public Television (TPA), on the fringe of a closing ceremony of a seminar on the local centres of entrepreneurial and employment services (CLESE), in Funda commune, Luanda Province.
The source said the programme aims at empowering businesspeople with management tools that make it possible to provide jobs.
