Menongue - The governor of the south-eastern Kuando-Kubango Province, Eusébio de Brito Teixeira, is since this Tuesday in Kuito Kuanavale Municipality to assess the problems with ravines in this region, ANGOP was informed.

Accompanied by experts from the National Roads Institute (INEA), the team is there to see the damages caused by ravines that hit plantations and other areas at risks.

The ravines have already destroyed a school and a Catholic church chapel.

The governor is to return to Kuito Kuanavale City this Tuesday afternoon.
