Luena - A person died on Wednesday in Kamanongue Municipality, eastern Moxico Province, victim of an electric discharge, caused by a heavy rain, ANGOP has learnt.

A press note from the police, says the victim was hit when travelling from Luena City to Kamanongue.

The source also said that 13 crimes were recorded over the last seven days by the Police.
