Tchinjenje - A 75 year old man has hung himself  Saturday in the village of Tchinjenje, 90 miles west of central hihgland Huambo city, relatives told Angop today.

Avelino Muluta was hit four years ago by a strange desease which caused serious injuries and paralyzed his upper and lower limbs, prompting him to commit suicide, according to one his daughters. 

She said that her late father always spoke of  killing himself as he could nor endure much suffering, in spite of various medical and traditional treatments.
