Luanda – The intention of holding housing and general people census throughout national territory in 2013 was approved Friday by the Executive, after being analysed by the Council of Ministers.

Thus, the Executive recommended that all necessary legal-juridical mechanisms should be put in place for its achievement within the State organs.

The census will enable to know the exact number of the country’s inhabitants, its age and sex composition, education levels, professional occupations, developed economic activity, territorial distribution, as well as the quality of houses, water supply, draining system, social equipments and other services.
