Techincians updated on local governing

   

Ndalatando - At least 35 technicians from the 10 districts of Kwanza Norte province benefited from a 45-day training in local governing, promoted by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in partnership with the provincial government, Angop learnt.

 

Participants debate issues such as Strategic Partnership in Local Governing, Planning and Creation of Strategic Project and Municipal Management, Management of Environment, Financing and Local Development.

 

Micro-credit and Micro firm for Rural Development, Notion of Methodology of Scientific Investigation in Local Governing, Notion of Local Decentralisation of State, Leadership and Management are other topics.
