Luanda - The Women Journalists Forum for Gender Equality on Thursday at the Journalist Training Centre (Cefojor) played a video which contains testimonies of women who have experienced domestic violence. 

The 17-minute video was screened at the international conference for the closing of the first stage of the campaign “Challenging Silence” during the Women Journalists Forum for Gender Equality, in light of the “March Women” campaign. 

The video shows statements by the Angolan minister of Family and Women Promotion on domestic violence, in which she condemns such practices and calls for greater participation of the civil society to fight this problem.

The images show the sadness of raped women and their questions about the reason for this ill that affects society.
