Society told to praise good fatherhood models - state secretary


 
Luanda - The good models of fatherhood existing in the Angolan society should be highlighted and valued so they can be followed by all, said in Luanda, the Secretary of State for Rural Development, Filomena Delgado.
 

Speaking on the father's role in the family and in relation with the March 19, Father's Day, Filomena Delegado noted that men and women must exercise their functions on an equal footing.
 

According to her, when you have a family this implies that all activities and actions should reflect to it (family).

 

With reference to the children, the official urged parents to take a decisive role, because children need both, adding that many parents shun the fatherhood.
