Mozambican television strengthens cooperation with Angola's TPA

Maputo - A delegation of the Mozambican Television (TVM) has started on Monday a visit to Angola intended to boost cooperation with local State-run “Televisão Public de Angola” (TPA).

The delegation includes TVM senior officials and is led by the main advisor for  the station’s board, Victor Mbebe.

The visit follows another one paid in May 2009 by Mozambican public media organs officials, intended to relaunch cooperation in this domains between the two African  Portuguese-speaking countries.

Angola and Mozambique signed a media cooperation protocol in October 2007, with provisions for exchange of programmes, information and news services.

The accord also makes provisions for training.
