Former combatant minister assesses institution

Benguela - The Angolan minister of Former Combatants and Motherland Veterans, Kundi Payhama, Friday visited the southern Benguela province, to learn about the functioning of the sector in the region and collect contribution for the drafting of new programme.


The minister met with provincial governor, Armando da Cruz Neto, local board of directors of the Ministry he leads and associations of the former combatants and war veteran.

 

While expressing satisfaction over the organisational way of the former combatants, Kundi Payhama said that this allows a solid administrative foundation that facilitates the work of the organ he leads.


The minister pledged to give priority to the solution of problems of former combatants 50, 38s processes and 4 February (the beginning of national liberation struggle), the guerrillas, war disabled and ex-soldiers.
