Luena - Members of Angolan National Assembly visited the works (in conclusion phase) of higher polytechnic institute in eastern Moxico province, as part of their visiting programme to some institutions.
Accompanied by members of Institute's Board, the parliament members were informed on the conclusion of works, mainly the classrooms, laboratories and administrative offices.
The MPs were briefed on the arrival of Cuban teachers in Luena city.
According to the assistant director for administrative area of institute, Isabel Baptista dos Santos, the first school year kicks off next April.
The institution will start running courses of education and health sciences: mathematics, physics, chemistry, geography, nursing and clinical laboratory.
The parliamentary delegation spokesperson, Adriana Sofia Cacuassa Bento, expressed happiness with what she has seen and heard.
