National police arrest 31 presumed criminals in Luanda

Luanda – The national police force arrested in the last 24 hours in Luanda province 31 people allegedly involved in 38 crimes. the plolice media liasion officer told Angop today.


According to sub-inspector, Nestor Goubel, 24 of the 31 crimes have been explained and the offenders were accused of  homicides, rapes, body offenses, car and cell phones thefts


The official stated that the crimes occurred in the districts of  Ingombota, Cacuaco, Viana, Sambizanga, Cazenga and Maianga.


With a population estimated at over five million residents Luanda is made up of nine districts, namely Ingombota, Cazenga, Sambizanga, Maianga, Rangel, Kilamba-Kiaxi, Cacuaco, Viana  and Samba.
