Fire department sets up 16 phone-lines

 


Luanda - Fire department will set up soon 16 phone-lines to attend to casual disasters in Luanda province, on Tuesday here said the Home minister, Roberto Leal Monteiro "Ngongo".

 


The Cabinet minister was speaking during the presentation ceremony of the new managing board of the Home Ministry recently appointed by the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, following the promulgation of the new Constitution.

 


"We will have a fire department more and more operating, with quality and skills for its professionals", he said.

 


According to him, it is necessary to show to people that fire department and police exist to be closer for the materialisation of their desires.

 


Apart from the Home Minister, Roberto Leal Monteiro, were also presented his deputies for internal order, for migration, penitentiaries services, for civil protection and fire department and for administration and finance, Angelo de Veigas Tavares, Eduardo Ferreira Martins, Jose Bamokina Zau, Eugénio Laborinho, Margarida de Jesus Trindade Jordão de Barros.
