Baía Farta gains new social infrastructures

Baía Farta - A primary school and a multi-use field were inaugurated over the weekend, at Baia Farta district, Benguela province, under the programme of municipal intervention, Angop has learnt.

 

The school has eight classrooms, a library, a teachers meeting ward, an office for the director and it is estimated at over 25 million Kwanzas, and the multi-use field cost 8 million Kwanzas.


  
The inaguration was led by the local administrator, Maria João.

 

For the present year, the local administration wants to rehabilitate and build administrative
infrastructures, two more schools, to acquire tractors, as well as carry out a programme of
fighting desertification.
