Lucala – An 80-year old woman named Emília Rafael Domingos was found dead Wednesday in a swamp, at  Reserva ward, in Lucala village, northern Kwanza Norte Province.

According to local sources, the body was found two days after the lady disappeared from her house, located in Cacozo ward.

A team from the local Public Health department reached the conclusion, after preliminary analysis, that Emília Rafael’s body had a wound on the lips, nose bleeding and torn out underwear, bringing out the evidence of sexual assault before her death.

The National Police in Lucala village assured that necessary steps to clarify the case have been taken.

This is the first case of the gender that is verified in the district, in the present year.
