Catholic Cleric calls for combat to injustice

Luanda - Priest Ângelo Chimuco urged  Angolan citizens, particularly Christians, to combat injustice and contribute to a climate of stability in the country.


The priest stated this Sunday in Luanda during an Eucharistic celebration, held at Sagrada Família Church.


He also appealed for the need to abide by moral, religious and bible principles, contributing to social harmony.


“Christians should not allow people to live in injustice, sin and corruption", emphasised the cleric.


In his speech, the priest also spoke of the consequences of the war that hit the country for over two decades.


He reiterated that after sever years of peace there is still much to do relating to the retrieval of moral values.
