Official optimistic about youths' change of behaviour

Luena - The provincial director for Culture in Moxico, Noel João Manuel, said that he hoped the teachings emerged from the IV National Congress of Adventist Church of Angola will change  the performance of young people.


Speaking at the closing ceremony of the event, held every four years, which gathered youths from the Seventh Day Adventist Church, the official said that the meeting will help the youths change their behaviour toward alcoholic beverage and sexually transmitted diseases.


According to Noel João Manuel, the excessive alcohol consumption, sex and the spread of AIDS as well as the lack of civic attitude are the key factors misleading young people.
