Adventist church youths hold congress in Luena City

Luena – At least 1,500 youths from the Seventh Day Adventist Church, coming from all over the country, are taking part on 22-26 September in their Fourth National  Congress, which will be held in Luena City, eastern Moxico Province.


According to a note from that religious congregation, delivered Monday to ANGOP, the meeting will focus essentially on training  youths to play their role in church and the society in which they are integrated.


The document indicates that, for four days, the participants, who will be gathered at the Olympic village that belongs to the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA), will discuss as main topic  “Christ is the best”.


The event also includes the holding of talks, workshops and tourists tour, during which the youths intend to discuss various social issues, as well as plan entertainment, cultural and sports activities.
