Construction of provincial hospital in Zaire announced

Mbanza Kongo- A provincial hospital will be built in 2010, in Mbanza  Kongo District, the capital of the northern Zaire Province, announced over the weekend  governor Pedro Sebastião.

 

The official also informed that in the ambit of the public investments programme it will be  rehabilitated and enlarged the municipal and communal hospitals.

 

Zaire Province has 59 physicians, among national and foreign ones, and a health network with  38 beds for more than 300,000 inhabitants.
