Civil society wants vernacular languages in constitution debates

Namibe, – The participants to the 3rd provincial conference of the Civil Society Organisations (OSC) in southwestern Namibe province, defended the creation of   technical and human facilities to transmit the message of the Angola’s future constitution in vernacular language.

 

After two working days, the participants urged every member of local civil society to participate in the debates of the new constitution, whose  presentation took place Saturday in Lubango city.
