Benguela – The governor of central Benguela province, Armando da Cruz Neto, said Tuesday the effort that the government and its partners have been making in the health sector will lead to the improvement and increase of sanitary infrastructures in the region
soon.
According to him, the infrastructures will also secure better working conditions and a good medical assistance to citizens.
Armando da Cruz Neto said so in a message of congratulation on one more anniversary of the World Health Day, April 7.
He added that the attainment of these goals will require from everyone a major coordination in the implementation of tasks, professional sense and love for work as an indispensable values for a good performance and individual and collective success.
"In this day of celebration and reflection, let us recognise the work done by the personnel of the sector and technicians in Benguela province and congratulate, on our behalf and on behalf of the provincial government, the department, clinic body, technicians and administrative staff of the health sector ", the message reads.
April 7 was declared World Health Day under a WHO proposal to salute the health workers, who are the true stronghold of human life in the struggle against disease.
