Lisbon - The Association of Angolan Students in Portugal signed Friday a cooperation agreement in the capital of the European country, Lisbon, with the dental clinic Smile Up, in benefit of students and other family members.
This was confirmed by the Association's chairperson Edvaldo Fonseca "Goncalo," shortly after the signing of the said accord.
Edvaldo Fonseca said the protocol is important, because it will benefit the students and their families in term of treatments with discounts up to 50 percent of prices in effect at the clinic.
"The agreement will allow the beneficiaries have better monitoring of their health and oral hygiene by qualified specialists, but at affordable prices.
He said that this will allow the students to make economies, since the treatment in dental clinics is very expensive.
According to the association leader, the agreement will allow Angolan graduate students of any branch of the health sector to attend vocational and end of course training at Smile Up facilities.
Attended the ceremony representatives of the Angolan Embassy in Portugal, members of national community, students and guests.
