Paediatric hospital resuscitation room opened

Luanda - A resuscitation room for paediatric ward, which will attend, about 120 children per day, was inaugurated on Friday in Americo Boavida Hospital (HAB) in Luanda.


 
At the ceremony, which participate the general director of the hospital, Constantina Furtado, and representative of Marketing and Communication of African Investment Bank (BAI), presented the technical means to make up the room, such as infusion pumps, monitors, ventilators, electric syringes, vacuum cleaners, among other means.


 
According to the clinical director of the Americo Boavida Hopsital, Lina Antunes, who spoke to the press, with this room it will reverse the critic of children who seek the services of this hospital.


 
Under social responsibility, BAI made available USD 75,000 for creation of this room.
