Amboim district gains paediatric centre

 

Sumbe - The governor of the northern Kwanza Sul province, Serafim Maria do Prado, inaugurated this Tuesday a paediatric centre in the regional hospital of Amboim district, under the public investments programme.

 

The construction works of the centre was under responsibility of the Chinese company Hankon and they lasted six months.

 

The infrastructure, with capacity of 72 beds, is estimated at USD 450.000.

 

On the occasion, the provincial governor said that his government will continue to make efforts building health primary cares and making medical assistance easier for patients.

 

The governor urged patients and workers to take care of the infrastructure.
