WHO praises country's effort to eradicate poliomyelitis

Luanda - The chairperson of the World Health Organisation (WHO) technical follow-up team in the world, Ciros Quadros, Friday in Luanda considered as excellent the work being done by Angolan Government in the fight against poliomyelitis, Angop learnt.

 

  Speaking to the press at the end of a meeting with Luanda governor, Francisca do Espirito Santo, the official highlighted the wish of WHO to continue helping Angola with the fight.


 
  The Angolan Government has been using its own resources to provide a better future to the population of the country.
