Society told to give greater attention to HIV/AIDS positive

Caxito - Family and Women Promotion provincial director in Bengo, Joana Pinto, stresses Wednesday in Caxito, the need of societies giving more attention towards HIV/AIDS positive people.


According to the official, who was speaking during a solidarity meeting with women infected with the deadly virus, attention should be based on care and affection of families towards the infected.


On the other hand, she stressed the need of holding regular meetings between Family and Women Promotion Administration and HIV/AIDS positive people, aimed at clarifying various situations about the illness.


At the meeting, she recommended HIV/AIDS positive women to face life normally and follow strictly the treatment, in order to have a normal life.
