Seminar on malaria diagnosis ends

Ombandja - At least 25 nurses of Ombandja district, in the southern Cunene province, finished on  Tuesday an upgrading seminar on diagnostic and malaria treatment, Angop has learnt.


The training was an initiative of the provincial managing board of health sector and aimed at upgrading technicians for a better health assistance.


Participants analysed matters related to measures of malaria control, its strategies, national protocol on malaria, treatment of simple malaria and diagnostic, among others.


The supervisor of the programme of fight against this illness, Lucas Simbundo, said that with this initiative participants are ready to meet daily emergencies in diagnostic of illnesses, such as malaria and others.
